HOW TO APPLY FOR INFORMATION

Apply in writing in Punjabi or English , to Public Information officer asking for the information required. Please ensure that the question is clear and has the date and your name and address , deposit this along with the prescribed fee of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) and collect the receipt. . You should receive a reply within the 30 days. In case you do not receive a reply . You can file an appeal with the appellate authority of this office.
